This project is the story of a boy named Harry Truman who loved books, and used the knowledge he gained from studying the lives of great men to become one of America's greatest Presidents.
Within each section are links to Internet sites which may be explored to extend students' knowledge in other areas of interest, which Harry himself may have pursued. The "choose your own" line of study feature makes this an integrated unit that includes theater, art, history, and biography, and includes facts from Harry Truman's own letters, and biographical information from sources in the resource section.
